Reports from England suggest Chelsea expect Diego Costa to comply with certain conditions as per the terms of his contract having failed to return to training with the club. Chelsea on Monday fined Diego Costa two weeks wages by Chelsea for failing to return to pre-season training with the club last month. It is understood the fine is in the region of £300,000.
